How to protect your skin from dehydration all year round

As the weather has got more windy and changable a lot of my customers have been suffering from dehydrated facial skin and UV rays are also causing some of my clients pigmentation problems still. Others are finding it difficult coping with the office environment as in the summer the air conditioning is constant and during the winter the radiators are red hot.
