I hope you are all well and are not to upset with the fact that summer has disappeared although it is only August. 

This week I celebrated my birthday, and realised that in a couple of years I will be nearer to my 50 th birthday than my 40th.  Some would feel gloomy about that but I have realised how lucky I am to be at this place in my life.

Why, I am telling you this, because I feel happier, more confident and more attractive than 10 years ago.  I may not be as thin or may now have the odd wrinkle but the thing that is enlighting, is that I am happy with who I am now. 

Yes, I work very long hours and have the normal aches and pains but I am able to be true to myself everyday and work with some fantastic people everyday - You.  Imagine, I don't have to pretend to be something I am not, and it is OK to look after myself, have a massage, give myself a facial, help reduce people's pain or do something that I want to do.
